The candidate will be placed in the Software & Automation Engineer department, where they will collaborate on software/electrical analysis and development activities according to customer specifications and the systems to be developed, from testing to commissioning. They will also provide customer support, assisting with maintenance or any necessary troubleshooting of the machinery.

Main activities:

Software design and architecture, graphic design
PLC function design and writing
Electrical and functional diagrams design and drafting
Documentation, project manuals/manuals for colleagues
In-house FAT machine
On-site machine commissioning with interface design and implementation
Required skills and aptitudes:

Diploma or degree in mechatronics, industrial engineering, computer science, automation
Previous experience in a role in a process machinery, packaging, plant engineering, and related industries
Excellent knowledge of PLC programming
Good knowledge of electrical and functional diagrams
Good knowledge of electrical and electronic components
Good knowledge of applicable regulations, Machinery Directive
Decent knowledge of written and oral English

Organizational and planning skills, autonomy and problem-solving skills, results-oriented, and stress-resistance complete the profile.
