DIBIR Turboemulsifiers are designed for the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries to allow the creation of emulsions as well as processing of products, including skin & body care, gels, creams, make-up, toothpaste, hair products.

> Machinery design that allows a quick and easy cleaning of the tank and of all the contact parts.
> Planetary / counter-rotating anchors system for mixing.
> Stator / rotor emulsifier installed on the bottom of the tank which ensures perfect homogenization of the product.
> Cover lifting system
> Tilting of the tank through hydraulic cylinders up to 2000 lt.
> Liquid ring vacuum pumps, to reach the vacuum inside the process tank.

Heating can be done using the following optional modes:
– Electrical resistances placed on the bottom and thermo-regulated in water or diathermic oil
– Direct injection of saturated steam into jacket
– Factory network hot water
